Within the scope of Turkiye Scholarship Alumni, one of the activities of the Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities for international students, various programs are carried out in order to ensure the continuation of our relations with our graduates who are citizens of foreign countries and have returned to their countries after graduating from Turkey’s higher education institutions.

The first “Turkiye Scholarship Alumni Awards" program, aimed to reward high-quality initiatives and reinforce the belonging of the Turkiye Scholarship Alumni family, was realized in 2020.

Application period for the program in 2021 will end on 28 February 2022. At six categories, namely "Scientific and Academic Studies Award", "Economy and Entrepreneurship Award", "Journalism and Media Studies Award", "Studies in Culture and Arts Award", "Studies in Sports Award", "Lifetime Honor Award", the graduates of Turkish universities can apply personally or be nominated by private or legal persons.
